these next coming weeks are going to be crzy!!!!! this weekend is homecoming for foothill next weekend is chi alpha and the next day after i get back from that i have HELL WEEK!!! we do the same thing as the boys let me explain the week
- these are 2 a days
- monday- in the morning wieght room: afternoon- will be swimming non stop for 2 hours doing pool pushes (which if some of u dont know its when ur puching ur self out of the pool almost all way than back down and up 50+ times)
- tuesday-same as monday morning: afternoon- what we call grinders ur in and suit and tennis shoes u run up and down all the sets of stairs [bout 20 different sets of stairs (up across down)] 5 times then swiming lenth wise in the pool (note it is an olympic size pool) then the same thing 4 times, then 3, then 2, then 1
- wednesday- Snake morning the same: afternoon- snake u have a suit tshirt and shoes on (for drag) and u snake swim all across the pool get out run to the other side doing this 2o times
those are just some of wat we do i dont want to do the rest of the week for u i think u got the hint they are friken crazy btw WE CANT EVER STOP and if u do ur a WIMP!
